He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Eugene Neal Sr. and Mary Jo Heath Neal; and his wife Tamera Lynette Hale Neal. He is survived by: his son Jason Neal of Cartersville; his stepson Teres Cowart of Kingston; his sisters, Michelle Schultz of Cartersville and Carolyn Heath of Summerville; and his granddaughter Lexie Belle Neal. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Barton Funeral Home (131 Summer St, Adairsville, GA 30103). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
