She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Walter Jackson and Arlena Jacobs Jackson; her husband George B. Carter; her daughter Kathy Robertson; her brother Joseph W. Jackson; and her grandson Martin McNulty.
She is survived by: her sons, Stuart Honea (Charlene) and George W. Carter (Jorgie Shipley); her granddaughter Laura Billue (Rob); her niece Linda Baker (Paul); and also Dr. Philip May. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed, and masks are requested.
