She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry L. Howard; her son Jerry Ray Howard; her parents, Carl Wise and Hattie Wise; her sister Nettie Ann Haaker; and her daughter-in-law Sharon Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Tawana Embry (Terry Johnson) and William Howard (Pam); her grandchildren, Ashley, Andrew, Cruchelle, Codie, Lily, Keira and Kayce; her great grandchildren, Tru, Dillian, Colton, Janica, John, Canaan, Jerry, Emma, Jaclynn, Cason and Everleigh; and her sisters, Carla Caudill (Tim) and Belinda Gray (Paul). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
