He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira O'Tinger and Pearlie Smith O'Tinger; his son Bryan O'Tinger; his great grandchildren, Livianna Parker and Malivay Parker; and his siblings, Jimmy O'Tinger, Marie Wooten and Doris O'Tinger.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Parker (Nathan Varnes); his daughter-in-law Haley Land (Johnny); his grandchildren, Shae Parker, Cody Parker (Tess), Alyssa O'Tinger and Madison Land; his great grandchildren, Kileyryn Parker and Brixson Parker; and his siblings, Doug O'Tinger and Jeanette Petrey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
