He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clifford Price and Mildred Melton Price. He is survived by: his wife Jean Lewis Price; his daughters, Carla Dyer (Russ), Lindale Clevenger and Gina Clevenger (Lee); his grandchildren, Kinslee Clevenger, Annaliese Clevenger, Slade Clevenger, Maggie Kate Dyer and Price Dyer; and his brothers, David E. Price (Betsy) of Rome and James R. "Jim" Price (Donna) of Rome. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
