He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Bennett and Thelma Kilgore Bennett; his wife Betty Ann Hale Bennett; and his sister Irene Cochran. He is survived by: his children, Randy Bennett (Trisha), Charlotte Herod (Rick) and Tim Bennett (Geri); and his siblings, Danny Bennett, Bob Bennett, Leldon Bennett, Allie Williams, Jewel Dean Carter and Patricia Hulsey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
