Scarlett, Tiruwork "Mimi" Tucho (Tesfaye Guyassa), Charles Clark (Donyale) and Stephen Scarlett (Marlene); his grandchildren, Afiqua, Amina, Kenia, Abigah, Carlton, Kurt, Kyle, Kassi, Ryan, Hussien Harris, Melissa Harris, Meti, Biftu, Abdi, Kenna, Elliott, Donavan, Daniel, Christian and Janelle; his brothers, Raymond J. Scarlett, Kermith A. Scarlett and Clifton G. Scarlett; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Crew, Mary Kelly, Mildred Davis and Kathy Davis-Wiley (Jimmie); and his sisters, Beverly Scarlett and Ellen Scarlett. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
