Cash; his stepdaughter Connie Baker (Ron); his stepgrandson Scott Covington; his son Greg Cash (Judy); his grandchildren, Casilee Boyd (Dana) and Bryan Cash (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Logan, Riley and Willa. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
