It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Colleen Yother of Kingsland, Georgia, born in Mendenhall, Mississippi, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Slater and Frances Slater. She is survived by: her husband Freddie "Joe" Yother of Kingsland; her son Davis "Yancy" Clegg of Tarpon Springs; her brother Steve Slater of Pearl; her stepdaughters, Bonnie Terry and Valarie Lackey of Evans; and her grandchildren, George Terry, Logan Terry, James Terry, Luke Lackey, Izzy Lackey, Emma Lackey and Zane Lackey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
