He is survived by: his children, Blake Tarter (Michaella), Autumn Tarter, Anna Tarter and Samantha Meenaghan; his grandchildren, Stephon Tookes, Chaella Tarter, Cadence Davis and Evelyn Tarter; his great grandchildren, Bryce Tookes and Nora Tookes; and his siblings, Don Tarter of Elizabethtown, KY and Joy Tarter of Birmingham, AL..
