It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Holmes of Kingsland, Georgia, who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Henry King; her husband Delbert Holmes; and her siblings, William King, Wilma Renfro, Gene King and Jack King.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Barbery (Ken) of Kingsland; her grandson Shane Barbery (Bethany) of Waverly; her siblings, Jim King of Arkansas and Geraldine Hampton of Kansas; her great grandchild Dalton Barbery; and her stepgrandchildren, Dylan Faulk and Caitlin Merrow.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles or Lakes Crossing Senior Center.
