Cook (Thomas) of Pittsburg and Paul Slattery (Mona) of Graham; her sister Laurette Morrisey (Dave) of Milwaukee; her grandchildren, Shawn Slattery, Kaitlin Slattery, Myriam Slattery, Tybal Slattery and Tielor Isaac; and her great grandchildren, Finn Slattery, Donovan Slattery, Conor Cook, Delaney Cook and Hazel Isaac.
