He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Kelly and Laura Lee Williams; his siblings, C. J. Williams, Jimmy Williams and Thetis Bell; and his son Danny Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Williams of Kingsland Ga; his children, Shawn Lewis of Atlanta, April Smith of Stockbridge, Zina Riner (Joe) of Vidalia, Kelly Dubose (William) of Woodbine and Emily Vigil (Johnny) of Kingsland; his grandchildren, Cassi, Amanda, Brad, Holly, Andrew, Katelyn, Kayla, Cayden, Adryen, Lawsyn and Brooklyn; and his great grandchildren, Gracie, Chase, Rhett and Sadie.
