It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennie Gadson of Kingsland, Georgia, born in Quitman, Georgia, who passed away on November 25, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Leola Thomas Mills. She is survived by: her children, Aaron III (Betty) of Miami, FL, Jackie of Saint Mary, John (Peggy) of Saint Marys, GA and Linda (Patrick) of Kingsland; her grandchildren, Kevin Mitchell of Miami, FL, Mikeya of Trenton, NJ and Theodore of Norfolk, VA; her aunt Ada Whitlock of Folkston, GA.; her niece Sandra Fay James; her daughters, Barbara Ann Alberte, Janice Johnson (Jenkin) and Brenda Ellis-Forbes; and her close friends, Irish P. Way and Hattie Wilson.
Due to COVID, A private service will be held to celebrate her life, it will be held Friday, December 4, 2020, at Allison Memorial Chapel.
