Grace A. Mehrtens Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2020, Grace A. Mehrtens (Kingsland, Georgia), born in Grand Ridge, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Allen and Sarah Maloy Allen; and her siblings, Eudonald Allen, Bernice Lewis, Thelma Maney and Charles Allen.

She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Mehrtens of Kingsland; her daughter Sharolyn "Cher" Hoagland (Johnny) of St. Marys; and her cousins, Sandy Simmons of Crawfordville, Jean Johnson of Ashford and Marilyn Broome of Grand Ridge, Florida. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family request in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to Hospice of the Golden Isles, 1692 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA, 31525. And wishes to thank Hospice of the Golden Isles for all the love and support.
