She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John, Luella Bergmeier, Merle and Irene Hamer; and her grandson Knox Owen Palmer.
She is survived by: her parents, Ken Hamer and Ann Hamer of Kingsland, GA; her husband Jack Williams of Kingsland, GA; her daughters, Elisha Palmer (Mark), Brianna Gilles (Luke) of Waterloo, IA and Hillary Watson (Ryan) of St. Marys, GA; her stepchildren, Jennifer Bonnewell (Joshua) and Chris Williams (Mandi); her siblings, Jeanne Spegal (Mike) of Kingsland, GA, Tara Grimm (Barry) of Dysart, IA and Greg Hamer (Missy) of Angola, IN; her grandchildren, Hunter, Gracie, Evie, Joey, Henry, Maverick, Tucker and Nash; and her close friend Beverly Rabideau. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Per her wishes, in lieu of flowers, she wanted donations made to the Knox Blocks Foundation, a foundation created in honor of her grandson Knox (http://www.knoxblocks.org or P.O. Box 291 Cedar Falls, IA 50613).
