He was predeceased by: his brother Willie Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lewis Richardson; his children, Leslie Richardson of Kingsland, GA and Charlie Richardson Jr.; his mother Carrie Lou Harris Davis; his siblings, James Richardson and Elder Martha Williams of Schenectady, NY; his granddaughters, Sierra Richardson, Ronesha Singleton and Kaylynn Patterson; and his great grandchild Omar Zion Charlie Richardson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
