She is survived by: her son James Neely; her niece Elanora Neely; her grandchildren, Tylon Wise-Neely and E'mani Wise-Neely; and her siblings, Ruby Lee Butler, Lillie Alice Wright (Donald), Bernice Scott, Christine Boykins (Conrad), Harriett Scott (Marvin), James "JD" Neely and George Neely (Hattie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
