It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Yumei Zhang of Kennesaw, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 84, on August 30, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jinku Zhang and Shuqing Chen; and her husband Faqian Chen. She is survived by: her children, Xun Chen (Xiuru Lin), Juan Chen (Hongyu Lu), Ying Chen and Yun Chen (Guo Yong Guo); and her grandchildren, Nathan Chen, Jamie Mulligan (Stuart), Ling Chen (Yan Su), Xin Lu (Qing Ying Huang), Jin Lu (Zi Zhu), Hauking Lam (Sarah Hsu), Hau Yee Lam (Eric Chien), Chao Ping Guo (Qian Lin) and PeiPei Guo. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to the state's Covid-19 restrictions. (No more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time). If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing is practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Ms. Zhang safe.
