He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Riggins of Kennesaw, GA; his siblings, Paul Riggins (Jackie) of Hilton Head, SC and Louise Riggins Shelley of Acworth, GA; and his sisters-in-law, Dottie Riggins of Tamarac, FL and Clara Garner of Norcross, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
