He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Louis Clements, Sr. and Evelyn Kreider Clements; and his brother Robert Louis Clements, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Cheryl Hunt-Clements; his children, William, Jr. (Marianne Hoit) of Smith Lake, AL, Meredith (Ben Roth) of New York City and David (Allison Creel) of Loganville, GA; his grandchildren, Mason Clements Roth and Julia Fairchild Roth; and his sister Maeola Clements Hagerty of Huntsville, AL. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
