He was predeceased by: his son David William Richards. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Richards; his children, Thomas R. Richards, Jr. and Dawn Marie Johns; and his brother Douglas Richards. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
