He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Janice Cooper Williams; his parents, Henry Williams and Dorothy Llewllyn Williams of Dayton, Ohio.; his wife Betty Smith Williams; his children, Julie Williams Polachek (Mike) and Scott Allen Williams (Cathy); his grandsons, Kevin Polachek (Danielle) and Brett Polachek (Michelle); and his great grandchild Oliver Polachek.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to TMS Global, specifically to support the Ivey family in their work of discipleship and sharing Christ with the people of Peru.
