He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarnett Carruth and Martha Evelyn Carruth. He is survived by: his siblings, Anne Mason and Robert Carruth; his daughters, Nicole Hodge and Stacy Cuellar Tamela Cole; his granddaughter Evelyn Carruth; and his great grandchild Clara Carruth. He is also survived by many loving friends and family.
