It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Serge Marie Joseph Damas of Kennesaw, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 81, on August 8, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helion Damas and Yvonne Marsan. He is survived by: his wife Marie Edith Damas; his children, Serge Jr. (Rachel Damas) and Joelle Damas; and his siblings, Jean Damas, Evelyne Raphael and Rose Therese Cantave. He is also survived by brothers and sisters in law; grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to the states Covid-19 restrictions. (No more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time). If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Winknhofer Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing is practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Mr. Damas safe.
