She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Nelson (Dave) and Terri Maughon (Andy); her brother J. Robert Smith; her grandchildren, Matthew, Justin, Holly, Ashlee, Hayden, Bryce, Blake and Brylee; and her great grandchildren, Anna, Grace, Zakkary, Owen and Jase. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
