He is survived by: his wife Carol W Stevens; his sons, Michael "Mickey" Robert Stevens (Alina) and Mark Nelson Stevens; his grandchildren, Dane Nelson Stevens, Sara Nicole Stevens, Savannah Jo Stevens, Robert Hank Stevens and Ruby Bell Dawn Stevens; and his brother Harold Dean Stevens (Kathy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
