He was predeceased by: his brother Ralph Locke. He is survived by: his wife Gay Locke; his children, David (Mary Locke) and Jill Locke (Peter Tijhuis); his grandsons, Devin Tijhuis, Axel Tijhuis, Owen Locke and Quinn Locke; and his brothers, Ross Steffire and Tom Locke. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
