He is survived by: his wife Ramona Poole Bell; his son Raymond Edward Bell, III (Sarah Abee-Bell); his granddaughters, Piper and Clementine Bell; and his children, Greg Poole (Lucia) and Robyn Settlemyer (Frank).
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and would appreciate mask to be worn as well as social distancing.
