He is survived by: his parents, Carl Ray Tooley and Patricia Carol Collins Tooley; his son Elliott Wayne Tooley; his stepson Layne Walker; his siblings, Natalie Tooley and Alex Tooley; and his grandparents, Wayne Tooley, Joy Maddox and Carolyn Alexander.
