We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2021, at the age of 78, Rainer Ekkehard Kaufmann of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Richter Kaufmann and Otto Kaufmann; and his brother Otto Kaufmann. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Minch Kaufmann; his son Christopher Kaufmann; his brother Jurgen Kaufmann; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Kaufmann and Barbara Kaufmann; his grandchildren, Ashley Kaufmann, Jessica Kaufmann and Justin Kaufmann; and his nieces and nephews, Alison, Christina, Karin, Kurt and Charles.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made in his name to St. Jude's Children Hospital or the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
