She was predeceased by: her father Bill Robertson; and her parents-in-law, Donald Wellington and Maxine Wellington. She is survived by: her husband Donald Wellington of Marietta, GA; her daughters, Staci W. Burns of Acworth and Lisa W. Lewis of Marietta, GA.; her grandchildren, Brandon Burns, Justin Burns, Nick Burns, Katie Burns, Abby Lewis, Riley Lewis and Charley Wellington; and her great grandchild Brantley Burns.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to Rescue Me Georgia Animal Rescue to honor Pat's love of animals.
