He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Gilbert and Vivian Gilbert (Huff); his wife Lois Gilbert (Perry); his sons, Mark Gilbert of Johns Creek, GA and Todd Gilbert (Lucy) of Roswell, GA; his grandson William Gilbert; and his sisters, Janet Millmeyer and Gail Adams. He was also cherished by 2 nieces, 1 nephew, a grandniece, a grandnephew and 2 great-grandnephews.
