As Marylin Cook departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Marylin Cook. Though Marylin Cook may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Simon Berggrun; her son Terrell Berggrun; and her parents, Ethel Cook and Allie Cook of Black Mountain. She is survived by: her daughter Doreen Sistilli of Kennesaw, GA; her granddaughters, Danyell Sistilli Leger of Kennesaw, GA and Crystal Briggs of Acworth, GA; and her cousin David Cook of Black Mountain. She is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
