She was predeceased by: her husband Milton Puckett of Washington. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Milton Puckett (Elizabeth) of Dawsonville, GA, Mary Lee Schmehl (Dennis) of Kennesaw, GA, Kenneth B. Puckett (Annie) of Marietta, GA and Christine Marie Glaze (Lamar) of Cumming, GA; her grandchildren, Katherine Puckett Box (Chris), John Puckett (Rachel), Robert Glaze (Ashley) and Rachel Glaze Doll (Mark); and her great grandchildren, Kayleigh Box, Audrey Box, Carter Box, Samantha Puckett and Zoey Puckett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
