She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Albert Gravley and Cleo Shinall Gravley; her sons, Eddie Lee Parks (Carol) and Donald Oscar Parks (Joan); her former husband Arthur Parks; her husband Frank "Red" Butterworth; her siblings, Clarence Gravley (Mae), Johnny Gravley (Juanita), Jimmy Gravley and Grace White (William); and her sisters-in-law, Jane Gravley (JL) and Doris Gravley (Joe).
She is survived by: her sons, William Thomas "Tommy" Parks, Billy Joe Parks (Judy) and Mark Anthony Butterworth (Tracey). She is also survived by family and friends.
