She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Horace Howard and Nola Pearl Beavers Howard; her daughter Judy Faye Cowart; and her siblings, Richard Howard, James Howard, Lois Cook, Lorraine Little, Tony Adams, David Howard and Ernest Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Davenport (Jerry), James Steve Cowart (Frances), Katie Bryant (Ronny) and Keith Cowart (Kathy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benson Funeral Home, Inc. (309 Hardee St, Dallas, GA 30132). A graveside service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery (1700 Johnson Ferry Rd, Marietta, GA 30062).
