He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Gayle DeSpain of Chickamauga; and his parents, Newell DeSpain and Sarah DeSpain. He is survived by: his brother Andrew DeSpain (Cindy); his sons, Chris DeSpain (Lisa) and Scott DeSpain (Tracy); and his granddaughters, Amber Tierney (Austin) and Casey DeSpain (Zane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
