She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Grant, Doretha Hawkins, John and Rose Knof. She is survived by: her husband Chad; her sons, Clayton, Ethan and Grayson; her parents, David Hawkins and Linda Hawkins; her sisters, Lori Bengtson (Thomas) and Rebecca Hawkins; her sister-in-law Ann Johnson (Jeremy); and also, Kent and Pam Alderton. She is also survived by four nephews.
