She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Randal Hurst and Cornelia Ann Hurst; and her husband Michael Anthony Stehlik. She is survived by: her son Matthew Cory Stehlik (Chelsie); and her granddaughters, Eleanor "Nora" Stehlik and Evelyn Stehlik.
