She was predeceased by: her parents, William Herman and Leona Herman (Markovitch); her husband Sidney D. Cooper; her aunts and uncles, Harry P. Herman, David Klein, Sam Lizerbrum, Sara Klein (Herman) and Helen Lizerbrum (Markovitch); and her cousin Ivan Klein.

She is survived by: her children, Ian Cooper (Laura) and Jennifer Cooper (Tom Leeper); her grandchildren, Sarah Cooper, Evan Cooper, Sidney Leeper and Isaac Leeper; her siblings, Michael Herman (Willitte) and Ellie Herman (Richard Strauss); and her cousin Hershel Klein.
