We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Joyce McNeil Dekle of Kennesaw, Georgia, born in Pensacola, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, H. B. McNeil and Isabella McNeil; her siblings, Peggy McNeil Moshell and Norman McNeil of Knoxville, TN.; her husband Victor; and her children, Donna Raines (Scott) of Cartersville, Jan Owens (J. M.) of Kennesaw and Ken (Kerry) of Powder Springs. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
