He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Polo. He is survived by: his children, Joseph "Joe" Anthony Polo and Jeanna Maria Manders; his siblings, Robert, Cathy and Debbie; and his grandchildren, Jace, Brett, Casey, Rebecca, Ryan and Krysten.
