He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leo Crochet, Sr. and Marie Simoneaux Crochet. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Landry Crochet; his children, Debbie Crochet of Roswell, GA, David Crochet (Ann) of Huntington Beach, CA and Daniel Crochet (Jill) of Las Vegas, NV; and his grandchildren, Courtney and Matthew Crochet.
