She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Jewel Tompkins and Louise Hood Tompkins; and her husband William Allen Jackson. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Jackson Patterson (Al) of Kennesaw and Donna Jackson Scott (Thomas) of Harrison; her grandchildren, Jessica Lynn Scott Lavin (Stephen), Allanna Marie Scott Harrison (Kevin), Thomas Scott, Jr., Jennifer Taylor, Raymond Allen Patterson and Michael Eric Patterson; her stepgrandchildren, Brianna Smith, Allison Taylor, Gracie Taylor and Jacob Taylor; her great grandchildren, Jackson Lavin and Madelynn Lavin; and her close friend Melly. She is also survived by three great great grandchildren.
