She is survived by: her parents, Grant Higgins and Glenda Higgins; her husband Steven Parker; her children, Will, Daniel and Rebecca; her siblings, Jeffrey Higgins, Jonathan Higgins and Jessica Soler; and her aunts, Sandra Hackney and Cindy Higgins. She is also survived by many cousins and nieces and nephews.
