She is survived by: her son Jeremy Ernst-Verhine; her daughter-in-law Erika Ernst-Verhine of Marietta, GA; her brother Broadus Verhine; her sister-in-law Joan Verhine; her nieces and nephews, Michelle "Shelley" Verhine Pace of Sparta, Allison Verhine, Megan Verhine, Melissa "Missya" Verhine of Queens, Sandra Verhine Wells of Atlanta, Georgia, Matthew Verhine of Queens and John Verhine of Austell, Georgia; her great-nieces, Annalisa Wells of Atlanta and Madison Verhine; and her half-sisters, Connie Detiveaux of Palestine, Susan Novietta Verhine Chapman of Pensacola and Brittney Lynn McDaniel of Dahlonega, Georgia. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
