He is survived by: his children, Joseph Arthen (Simone), David Arthen (Rebecca), Christopher Arthen (Odette), Mary Stolz Vincent Arthen (Mike), Claire Hornick (Brad) and Peter Arthen (Aoy). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
