She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Glenn Hutzel and Edna Madelyn Hutzel; her husband Jerome Andrew Lewis; and her son-in-law Mark Tidwell. She is survived by: her children, Gerri Johnson (Mark) of Martinsburg, Jerome Lewis (Susie) of Greer, SC, Teresa Cox (Doug) of Beckley, Betty Clark (Lewis) of Ann Arbor, MI and Lauralee Tidwell of Acworth, GA; and her sister Janet Louise Krich (Hutzel). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
