It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie Inez Matlock (Kennesaw, Georgia), who passed away on February 9, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Stone and Eula Stone; her son James Chandler, II; and her siblings, Lucille, Jean and Bill.

She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Martin (Joe), Rodney Chandler (Tina), Louanne Robinson (Bruce), Suzy Weiner (Kenny), L. R. and Matlock; and her siblings, Sue, Faye, Herman and John. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
